dean ngan member g teman kazen buat international passport... yer la kitorg sepakat nak g Bali, Indonesia 21st april nie... so kene la ade passport.... dean dah lame dah buat time kat sabah lagi.... 


kitorang g PKNS Shah Alam... cari kat ner letaknyer Imegresen... lame gak cari tak jumpe2... last ade nampak lambang Imegresen... kitorg trus masuk... ye la dah penat kan... nak Air-corn ... =P sekali masuk tanye2 kat staff , die kate salah bahagian... tempat yg kitorg masuk tu bukan bahagian passport malaysia tapi bhagian pas n visa.... haha punye la malu....

then die tunjuk la camne nak g sane.... sampai jer sane trus amik no. lame gak la tunggu... sampai kitorg tdur dalam tu =) dah selesai semua... kitorg pe lagi... g round2 tasek shah alam then macm biase... pose sane pose sini.. wakakaka....

walaupon weird... but kitorg fun sgt.... LoL

dah siap sesi snap2 ni trus perut bergendang.... alamak... baru teringat.... x makan lagi upanyer.... huhu

erm mcm biase klo g shah alam... g sek.2 la makan... sane murah n sedap...!!!

cuti2 kat Port Dickson...

28 feb 2010....

dean, siblings n kazens g cuti2 kat PD.... best pulak rasanyer... macam hari keluarge... hehe. kitorg plan nak bertolak awal sikit... tapi disebabkan malam tu keta kazen yg dean pandu accident plak.... huhu... sorry awie. so terpaksela cari keta sewa tuk g PD... kitorg pegi 2 keta.... keta dean n keta sewa.... kitorg gerak agak petang sikit... tu la pasal sampai jer kat PD dah nak gelap....

Punye la susah nak cari tempat stay kat PD tu.. tapi setelah penat ulang alik cari.. akhirnye dapt juga tempat yg selesa n best.... name hotel tu SELESA Hotel kowt.... dah lupe... hehe. masuk jer dalam hotel tu trus g bilek.... then trus g pantai.... ye la plan nak tgok matahari terbenam....

tapi x dapat.... dilindung awan.... =(

pe lagi sesi modeling pon start la... snap sane snap sini...

haha.....

sempat juga kitorg begambar sebelum maghrib..... puas hati... =P

esok paginyer kitorg pegila mandi manda kat pantai.... time ni kitorg masih ngantuk lagi... ye la x cukup tidur n penat.... =(

x puas mandi kat pantai pegi plak kat swimming pool.... hepi sesangt dorg ni... haha. ye la bukan selalu dpt cuti same2.... lagi2 ade yg student ade yg dah keje....

sebelum balik... kitorg singgah jap kat warong berdekatan makan ikan n ayam panggang.... mmmmm yummy..... tapi kene tunggu lame sikit cuz ramai sangat org kat warong tu.... ape2 pon makanan kat situ mmg sedap....!!!! kitorg bertolak balik dalam sekitar kul 4 ptg.... rase seronok n enjoy sangat2....

nak lagi la next time..... kat tempat lain plak.... hehe =)

dean rase terharu sgt.... walau pon hari dah jauh malam n kedai dah nak tutup...

dorg sanggup juga mengajak dean tuk bende nie... malah tu mmg agak mengenyangkan... dah la makan kat situ... then makan kek plak.... special kek dri secret recipe yg tertera

Erm...

23 feb lalu aka 10 lepas my befday dean ngan adeq n kazen dean g jalan2 kat i-City.... 1st time ni e pegi sane... hehe... slalu lau jer.... nampak cam best jer... so kazen ajak la.... dean n adeq pe lagi on jer..... dean ngan adeq sampai dulu kat sane... walaupon x tau jalan.... redah jer... last2 sampai gak... dean sapai dulu dari kazen... die lambat sikit.... agak susah juga la nak cari parking.... 1st sampai kat situ, "wah... canteknyer....." pe lagi bermule la acara snap meng-snap....

Today....
we dun have any menu to followed...
the chef just gave us some ingredients and ask us to think what we can do for starter and main course on spot..... its a time to us to make whatever dish we want..... its a free style types of cooking but the chef lined that must have one dish for vegetarian..... we can choose either starter or main course......

ITS A SHOW TIME.........

today.... my partner was RED.........first time ni..... hahaha....
after we were wrestling ( I as Undertaker, Red as Stone cool) for 10 minutes.....
finally we were in same line to make Salad for starter and Fillet Fish with spaghetti for the main course.....

we have nothing to do int he middle of preparation...... all the things that should ready for cooked already done.... just wait a suitable time too cook it.... we cant cook it early cuz all the dishes must be served hot except salad...... the chef is too cerewet la........

after both of my dish done........ i sent it to the presentation table....... hahaha and OMG..... i surprised because the chef assessed our dish....... never happened before....... arggghhhhhhh.... i scared..... i nervous when my dish turn to assessed....... wahhhhh........ i got 12 mark for both of my dish....hehehe horrraaaayyyyyyyy......... hahaha
and i'm the higher mark in my group..... hihihi....

My Blueberry Cake......

last yesterday....
in the Pastry class..... i didn't do anything to sold
on that day...
I just helped my friends doing their pastry...

but suddenly Man ask me to make sponge cake for the customer....
i blurred..... i dunno and i dun have any idea to make it...
so....
i just try to make it......

I was wondering how to deco my cake....
huhu
my eye's messy looked a what ingredients that we have...
suddenly..... idea was coming....

not beautiful but still can sold at RM45.00...... believed it.....?
